Return Process

  Log into your Tech Tiger account and navigate to your order history to select the items you wish to return and receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

  Prepare the Package

  Securely pack the device in its original manufacturer packaging, including all cables, manuals, and accessories to ensure a full refund eligibility.

  Ship the Item

  Affix the prepaid shipping label provided via email to your package and drop it off at any authorized courier location within 7 business days.

• 4.
  Inspection and Refund

  Once our technicians verify the hardware's condition at our warehouse, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 3 to 5 business days.
